By submitting an order, inquiry, or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms, which form a binding agreement between you (the client) and Digital Operations Team (DOT).
Definition of Terms
“Website” refers to all content and pages on www.digitaloperationsteam.com.
“Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any person or company submitting an order or inquiry to DOT.
“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us” refers to Digital Operations Team (DOT).
“Services” means all creative, design, animation, development, and marketing services offered by DOT.
“Order” refers to a confirmed service request made via email, form submission, or payment through any authorized channel.
Our Services
Digital Operations Team provides creative, web, and digital solutions designed to help brands grow online.
Before submitting any order or payment, please read these Terms carefully, along with our Refund and Revision policies, to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Revisions
Each project includes revisions based on the selected service package.
Revisions are available for a limited period after delivery (typically 5–10 business days) and are meant to ensure that the final product aligns with your original requirements.
Revision requests must:
Be based on the original project scope
Be sent directly to your assigned project manager or via email at support@digitaloperationsteam.com
Major changes or new requests outside the agreed scope may require additional costs.
Refund Policy
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
Your project has not yet started at the time of the refund request
The final delivery does not meet the documented requirements after all revisions are exhausted
Delivery delays are proven to be due to DOT’s fault (not client-side delays)
Refund Conditions:
Refunds can only be claimed within 10 days of project delivery
Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days after approval
A processing fee of $50 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher) will apply
All refunds will be made through the original payment method
Refunds will not be issued if:
Delays are caused by the client (for example, missing feedback or approvals)
The project requirements change after work has started
Minor technical or stylistic differences occur that do not affect functionality or quality
The client has approved the final delivery
Returns
Since our services involve digital deliverables, we do not accept returns once a project is completed and files are delivered.
If the product does not meet the agreed requirements, you may request a revision or raise a concern for review.
Payments
All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed milestone schedule.
DOT works with trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
Work will not begin until an initial payment or deposit is confirmed.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Once the final payment is received, all approved designs, code, and creative work become the sole property of the client.
DOT retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
All content provided by the client (such as text, logos, or images) must be legally owned or licensed by the client. DOT is not responsible for copyright issues arising from client-provided materials.
Confidentiality
All client information, project details, and communication are kept strictly confidential.
We do not share or disclose any data to third parties unless required for project execution or by law.
Modifications to Services and Prices
DOT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or price without prior notice.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from such modifications.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best quality service, DOT is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays or results
Third-party software, plugins, or hosting issues beyond our control
Any loss of data due to client-side mishandling
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
